Project Manager

Location: Greater Manchester, West Yorkshire

Salary:

As a result of upcoming new developments due to start, we are seeking a permanent Project Manager to join out clients business on a permanent basis.

Main Duties:

• Managing daily operational aspects of a project.
• Participate in team and client meetings.
• Lead a multi-disciplinary team.
• Effectively communicate relevant project information to all stakeholders.
• Supply chain management.
• Compiling Contractors Proposals.
• Compliance with H&S policies and procedures.

Skills/Experience required: 

• SMSTS
• CSCS
• Previous experience in a role of similar level for Tier 1 contractor(s)
• Ability to demonstrate knowledge of all areas of construction
• Strong work ethic
• Good written and verbal communication skills
